Junior Faculty Workshop

Junior Faculty Workshop is organized by TRAIS, the Turkey representative of AIS, within the scope of the YBS 2023 conference. We invite all young researchers in the field of Management Information Systems (MIS) to our workshop. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, between 09:30 and 12:30 at Yeditepe University.

Junior Faculty Workshop is an event that includes conversations and interactive interactions on topics related to success in academia. Leading academics in the field of MIS in our country will lead the session. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, thoughts and questions about academic career with academicians who are experts in their fields.

    Participant Benefits
    Networking, experiences in academic careers in MIS, information on academic staff and publishing articles in leading journals.
    Registration
    Only those who have the title of Doctor or who have been successful in the doctoral proficiency exam and who are in the staff of Dr. Lecturer, lecturer or research assistant of universities can apply to the workshop. In order to participate in the Young Researchers Workshop, it is necessary to be registered in YBS 2023.
    AIS and TRAIS memberships are recommended but not mandatory for participation.
    AIS is the world's largest umbrella organization for information systems, and its membership provides many benefits. You can find detailed information about the benefits of AIS membership at the link address.

    AIS Türkiye representative TRAIS aims to meet the needs of the Management Information Systems community in Turkey. Those who do not have an AIS/TRAIS membership can visit the link to become a member.

    The number of participants is limited to 50 in order to ensure efficiency and sincerity.
